As The Breeze‘s number one fan, it is only proper that Mr. Gleason gets his time in the spotlight.  He teaches Spanish III level 1, Spanish III level 2, Spanish I level 1, Spanish II level 1, Spanish IV level 2, and Portuguese II level 2.

Q: Have you ever been to Spain or Portugal?

A: Yes, I have.  The first time I went I was sixteen years old and was a student.  I went for a month in the summer time and went back a few times and studied abroad.  Also, I went to Portugal and Spain in college.

Q: Who is your celebrity crush?

A: Celebrity crush, that’s fun…Have you heard of Rachel McAdams?

Q: What is the best gift you have ever gotten?

A: When I graduated high school, my sister graduated college at the same time.  We went to the Azores on a family trip.  I’d say that one, it was like our graduation present.

Q: What is your favorite restaurant?

A: Let’s go with Madeira Portuguese Restaurant in East Providence.

Q: What do you want to do when you retire?

A: When I retire, I want to travel, go to the beach, and play golf.

Q: What is your dream job?

A: Well, besides a teacher (laughs), my dream job would have been something in sports.

Q: If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you live?

A: The United States.  Let’s see, where else?  Somewhere warm with some beaches and a place where another language is spoken.
