DON'T PANIC! The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy Book Review

The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy by: Douglas Adams, is a MUST READ! It is a story about an English man named Arthur Dent.  He finds out that his best friend, Ford Prefect, is an alien. Shortly after Ford tells Arthur this, the Earth is destroyed, but Arthur and Ford make it out alive. They begin travelling through space with the president of the galaxy, who stole a spaceship and is on the run (Zaphod Beeblebrox), and Trillian, who left Earth before it was destroyed and she met Arthur recently back on Earth.

I highly recommend this book to any type of reader. It has humor, emotion, and a great plot. One of the BEST things about this book is the humor Douglas Adams adds to it. Every single page there is a HILARIOUS part and it makes you laugh like a maniac.

The plot is also amazing and flows very well, even though it is a complicated book to explain. If you are confused while reading this, you won’t be for long. Adams may state something confusing but in a page or two, the explanation is right there. The characters are so different, yet all fit together some how, like puzzle pieces.

I hope you read this book and enjoy it as much as I did. For now, I have to get started on the second book in the series, The Restaurant at the End of the Universe.
