In the words of beloved Elf protagonist, Buddy, “The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear.” I agree wholeheartedly that there is no better way to revel in the holiday season than by blasting a playlist full of festive tunes that you’ve known by heart for as long as you can remember. Such classics as Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer or Frosty the Snowman are perfect for bringing holiday cheer to the youngest of children or causing a trip down memory lane to those a little older. However, it’s indisputable that some of these Christmas “classics” aren’t as noteworthy as the rest. In fact, quite a few of them will be getting an automatic “skip” from me, whether it’s due to their lack of seasonal jubilation or their incessant repetition on the radio.
