Last Saturday, January 14th, SBRHS’ “Electrify” show choir won the Mill City Show Choir Competition Small Mixed/Unisex division grand champion with a silver medal, beating 4 other groups in their division! Performers had an amazing time and felt so grateful to have their first grand champion win since “Clue” in Menchville, VA in 2020! Electrify’s show is directed by SBRHS alumna, Taiylor Medina, and their theme for the 2022-2023 season is “Time,” and incorporates solos from Maya Rezendes, Cole Lema, Lily Mis, and Morgan Machado. Electrify’s leadership team is made up of President Kylee Schecter, Vice President Morgan Machado, Dance Captains Emily Shea, Kyle Comeau, and Nathan Almeida.
