I recently interviewed my homeroom teacher, Mrs. Ayer.  She teaches all business classes and runs DECA.

Q: What would be your three song playlist for the passing time?

A: Anything by the “Temptations”, Mo-town music, or Bruno Mars.

Q: If you were not a teacher, what would you be?

A: An Advertising Executive, Career Counselor, or a College Recruiter.

Q: If you could have a super power, what would it be?

A: I would like to be able to fly, so I could travel without paying the high cost of flights during school vacation weeks.

Q: What was your favorite childhood cartoon?

A: Bugs Bunny and Tazmanian Devil.

Q: Who is your celebrity crush?

A: Jim Parsons, who plays Sheldon on the Big Bang Theory, because he says exactly what he is thinking without filters and everyone still loves him.  He is accepted for who he is.

Q: What is your favorite topic to teach within your subject?

A:  In Marketing, the Sales Unit because, in life, we are all either selling ourselves, a product, or an idea.

Q: What was your first car?  What is your dream car?

A: My first car was a 1970 Ford Maverick.  It was royal blue, with a black and white plaid interior and an eight track tape player.  My dream car is any car that comes with its own chauffeur.
